A few personal updates along with messages from Spirit and The Universe:

- Today is my First day of a 12 week SWEAT challenge for the body and mind.
- I am currently on a 13 day streak for learning Italian and French while practicing my Spanish (use the app Memrise it’s amaaaaaaaaaaazing)
- I am always meditating and praying and practicing gratitude and patience
- Connecting with friends, old and new

Spirit and Universe have given me the signs of 111 and 1111.

111 tells us to keep positive thoughts because we are become more self aware. We are developing a higher consciousness and we should make sure we do things with love and light. Take time out to practice mindful behaviors, visualization, meditation, and creating a gratitude journal. Universe is allowing us to manifest our heart’s desires so focus on what you really want to make it a reality.

1111 is direct guidance from higher realms or your Angels (my great grandmother’s spirit has shown herself twice within two weeks). It is time for a fresh start and new beginnings! You are vibrating higher in your spiritual frequencies and are about to experience changes that will help you grow as an individual. This is all about divine timing and alignment within and in the physical realm. Spirit asks you to surrender and do not resist to change while understanding that everything happens for a reason. You are about to fulfill your life’s purpose.
